The combination of casein powder with linseed oil can maximize the development of muscle mass

Casein

One of the biggest advantages of casein is that people learn it very slowly. Some types of casein stable supply amino acids to the muscles for 7 hours, which helps prevent muscle tissue breakdown during sleep or between meals.

Linseed oil

As a good source of essential fatty acids, flaxseed oil offers many health benefits including increased muscle growth, better recovery and fat loss. It slows the absorption of more casein protein, when consumed at bedtime.

Combine them in the following way

Consume 2-3 tablespoons flaxseed oil with casein or 15-30 minutes before you drink shake (20-40 g casein protein mixed with water or skim milk) just before bedtime.

Protein shake containing casein (preferably mitselaren) provide a very important muscle for amino acids throughout the night.

Flaxseed oil consumed along with it, or 15-30 minutes before it extended the sustained pace of delivery of amino acids even more, which is great for bodybuilders.
