Diseases caused by food are mostly from raw meat can really affect the life of a bodybuilder  as cause vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and that the worse conditions. According to the Centers for Control and prevention of diseases in the U.S., one drop of raw chicken “juice” may contain up to 500 of these organisms evil – enough to bring you many headaches for several days.

Of course, we do not believe there are people who eat raw chicken, but it is easy to unknowingly get infected if you do not prepare food in the best way. Should seriously take into account those diseases that arise from bad eating habits. Thick barbecue sauces from the store may increase harmful substances, so they dilute with water. When cooking burgers, turn them often and use a low temperature of preparation.

To reduce heterocyclic amines in minced meat, mix it with soy protein before baking. You can help detoxify heterocyclic amines in the body through the iced tea (in sachets). Finally, do not forget fruits and vegetables. They can not form heterocyclic amines and help reduce the risk of cancer by eating meat.
